Nancy Wilson and Maisie Richardson
The jazz performer Nancy Wilson a three-time Grammy Award winner was born February 20 1937 in the city of Chillicothe, Ohio. Her parents were ironworker Olden Wilson and the former Lillian Ryan who worked as a housekeeper. Nancy was the youngest of six kids. Nancy was heavily influenced by her father's music taste and records played in the family home. When she was young she was already able to establish an idea of her identity and what she hoped to accomplish. The church choir encouraged her to develop the talent. In her early teens and had a chance to win an audition on television and was able to regularly appear on The Skyline Melodies Tv Show while at the time she was still in high school. That same year, Nancy began working at nightclubs. Nancy was 17 when she completed high school and was enrolled at Ohio Central State College (now Central State University) for one year, before deciding to pursue a career as a musician. She recorded her first record with Rusty Bryant's Carolyn Club Big Band in 1956 with whom she performed from 1956 until 1958. While in the group Nancy released her first record in the studio of Dot Records. Cannonball Aderley suggested that she relocate to New York so as to increase her chances of success. In 1959 she moved to The Big Town. In just a few months, she was offered an offer to sing in The Blue Morocco Night Club situated on Boston Road in The Bronx where Adderley's agent heard her voice and agreed to sign her. Agent Adderley signed her to Capitol in 1960. She made her debut that year. Guess Who Saw Today. Capitol released five Nancy Wilson Albums in 2 years. Under Adderley Wilson's direction, she began to focus on R&B and then shifted her focus to torch and jazz. Nancy Wilson and Cannonball Adderley's collaboration in the year 1962 helped propel her into the spotlight and her hit Tell Me the Truth was recorded in 1963. In the year following it led to her being booked at the New York's Coconut Grove - the top nightclub in America.
Maisie Richardson Sellers is an actress working in television and films. She was Chloe Winthrop's character in the Netflix movie The Kissing Booth. On ABC's Of Kings and Prophets she starred as Michal who was the child of Israel The King Saul. She holds a bachelor's degree in Archaeology and Anthropology. Maisie began as an actor in 2012 in the film Our First World. Ellie is a little girl was played by Maisie in the short film in 2012 Americano and Rum. The year was 2015. Korr Sella was featured as a cameo as a cameo Short Wars The Force Awakens. She played Chloe Winthrop in Netflix's original film The Kissing Booth Season 2 & 3.
